Serves those with Medi-Cal insurance and are living with diabetes, COPD, cancer, or kidney disease. Includes congestive heart failure, or severe malnutrition. Serves Individuals who have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Provides home delivered groceries. Delivers to clients who are homebound or homeless. Provides nutrition counseling healthy cooking classes, and a congregate lunch program. Offered three times a week.
